Checkout Instructions
- Return keys to the lockbox and secure it with the code — do not leave them inside the apartment
- Lock the front door after placing the keys in the lockbox
- Empty all trash cans (kitchen, bathrooms, terrace) and leave them clean
- Leave the air conditioning on at 25 °C in dehumidification mode — Pacific heat and humidity can damage textiles and appliances if left off
- Place all wet towels and beach items on the laundry room floor or in the shower — never on beds or upholstered furniture
- Wash and leave all dishes, glasses and kitchen utensils clean — or load and start the dishwasher before leaving
- Clean the gas grill if used and close the lid
- Clear the fridge of perishable food; leave sealed non-perishables in the pantry
- Turn off all lights, fans, TV and sound system — the air conditioning must remain on
- Close and LOCK all balcony and terrace doors in every room — check each bedroom and the living area. Rain and humidity can cause damage if left open
- Close all windows securely

Getting There
From Panama City: take the Pan-American Highway west to Río Hato (1.5 hours). The Buenaventura resort entrance is marked on the highway. We'll send you detailed directions and access codes via WhatsApp before arrival. Free parking inside the resort.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled 15–30 days before. Non-refundable within 15 days of check-in. Holiday periods (Christmas, New Year, Carnival, Easter): 90 days minimum notice required for full refund. See exact terms on Airbnb.
